Tasks

-Develop and validate process diagrams and visual models (BPMN). -Lead complex or strategic analysis initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery of outcomes and documentation. -Participate in design reviews and apply visual modelling techniques. -Champion Watercare’s approved templates and quality assurance processes. -Identify and analyse business drivers through structured engagement with business users and SMEs. -Lead communities of practice and capability uplift across the Business Analysis team. -Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. -Oversee use of Jira for work tracking and Lucid for advanced process modelling. -Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure solutions align with business requirements. -Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives. -Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories. -Facilitate regular engagement and feedback loops. -Facilitate workshops to elicit, clarify and prioritise requirements.

What You Bring

-Experience in agile environments and enterprise-level systems. -Industry certifications (IIBA, Agile, Design Thinking). -Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. -Expertise in process modelling and documentation standards (BPMN, UML). -Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement certifications. -Experience mentoring other analysts. -Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. -Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience, 5 years as a Senior BA.
