What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills -Knowledge of the local and regional healthcare market a plus. -Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings -A minimum of 3 years experience in A/E industry -Must be capable of leading a healthcare team and making client presentations. -10+ years’ experience in healthcare A/E/C industry. -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible -Must have extensive knowledge and experience of healthcare architecture planning and design. -Advanced credentials desired (e.g. ACHA, LEED, EDAC, etc.) -Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, MS Office) -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field -Master’s Degree in Architecture. -Architectural registration or currently in the process of obtaining. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Must be willing to travel.
