Tasks
-Lead interdisciplinary collaboration in the planning, execution, and design development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines through site visits, surveys, and integration with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. -Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or senior team members to support the overall success of the team and company objectives. -Provide contract administration duties such as review of shop drawings related to the fabrication of construction elements for accuracy, development of RFI responses, and supplementary information as required. -Create accurate project drawing sets with defined scope. -Execute Revit work, including model setup and coordination. -Perform drafting for intermediate projects and lead smaller ones under senior guidance. -Complete assigned design tasks, reviewed for standards and accuracy. -Develop detailed drawings and specifications from rough sketches, with constructible design solutions, aligning with and maintaining design intent. -Manage time allocation and ensure project completion within set hours. -Participate in project planning to meet budget and schedule objectives. -Determine survey needs and gather building condition information effectively. -Apply advanced knowledge of architectural systems, engineering principles, and codes to ensure compliance and quality in design deliverables, while mentoring junior technologists in new techniques and standards through advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and guiding them in applying architectural or engineering systems to working drawings. -Collaborate with cross-departmental associates to address project requirements.

-Advanced understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects. -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite and other relevant design software. -You have passion for design, construction, and the design tools that you will be using. -Strong aptitude for architectural design execution through construction detailing. -Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Diploma in Architectural/Construction Engineering Technology or related field. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
