-Manage a team of 6 direct reports ranging from Cricket Groundsman to Mower Operators -Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed project objectives and create remarkable outdoor spaces -Utilising your mechanical expertise to operate and maintain mowers, tractors, line markers and other turf-related equipment

-Level 4 turf qualification with demonstrable experience in preparation and maintenance of cricket pitches and other sports playing turf -Leveraging your extensive knowledge of sports turf, with a particular emphasis on cricket grounds, to achieve outstanding results -A strong knowledge and passion for sports turf! -Flexibility to work some weekends during the cricket season -Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines -A full, clean NZ driver's licence and capability to drive a manual vehicle are essential
