Overview
Assist with project management, finance, and procure-to-pay tasks for Grid projects.

Tasks
-Assist with scheduling deadlines and maintaining project deliverables schedules for multiple projects. -Work with project controls department to maintain budgets, update accruals, and forecast cashflow. -Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations as required. -Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. -Provide high-level coordination, administrative and analytical support to the project team. -Support contract processing and new project setup. -Develop and compile periodic project reporting to support project monitoring and decision making. -Compile and coordinate the preparation of invoice packages. -Attend project meetings (internal and with the client) at the Project Manager’s discretion. -Coordinate with project management to organize, report and present project financials, schedule status, risks and mitigation plans, contract backlogs, project status, and staffing plans. -Assemble supporting data and documentation in response to project team and client requests. -Prepare documents and drawings for transmittal and document storage. This could include, drafting correspondence, data entry, copying and distribution, document tracking, and electronic filing. -Implement project controls and project management tools and methodology. -Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and work under pressure to meet deadlines -Understand S&L and client procedures and processes, and ensure project team deliverables are in compliance. -Bachelor's Degree -FSA & HSA -Experience: Working knowledge of Procure to Pay processes (Ariba/SAP PO Creation, SES approval and routing) -Related engineering internship, co-op, or work experience, which includes project controls, project planning, project scheduling, and earned value performance, preferably within the power industry -1 year or more of work experience -Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact and multitask with project team members, clients, and vendors of varying position levels -Familiarity with finance and accounting systems -Computer Skills: Working knowledge in MS Office tools, with emphasis on the advanced use of MS Excel in creating and maintaining detailed, interactive spreadsheets, workbooks, and databases
