Assistant manager - FP&A

Tasks

-Develop cost improvement and savings opportunities and provide documentation, supporting commercial assessment. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. -Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. -Manage the annual budget process from the facilitation of data collection to eventual review and evaulation of P&Ls. -Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. -Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes. -Oversee the monthly and quarterly review of subsegment results including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending based on performance targets and objectives, providing commentaries. -Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. -Present routine and adhoc financial reports, packages and pro forma analyses to management.

What You Bring

-Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. -Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. -Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. -Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with 9-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
