Tasks

-Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers -Resolve conflict situations -Review and evaluate new administrative procedures -Develop and administer policies and programs -Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth -Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services -Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers -Delegate work to office support staff -Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities -Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services -Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures -Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence -Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities -Produce project designs -Co-ordinate project -Monitor and evaluate -Implement new administrative procedures -Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans -Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met -Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties -Carry out administrative activities of establishment -Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers -Oversee analysis of data and information and prepare reports -Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls -Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees -Supervise technical and support staff
