Admin support for facilities management in prison, handling contractor liaison and data

Tasks

-Liaise day-to-day with contractors and work staff -Work with HMPS on site vetting team to aid in the onboarding of new starters -Input to and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports -Use Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to close jobs

What You Bring

-IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages and management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications -Good communication skills to develop and maintain multiple working relationships -Experience in a fast-paced office environment -Flexible attitude to work with ability to prioritise workload -Membership of our Affinity Networks who connect, support and inspire diverse communities within Amey.
