Tasks

-Process various document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines, ensuring that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met. -Draft, write and proofread correspondence, memo, presentations etc. as assigned as well as taking meeting notes. -Enter data and produce reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications. -Receive, track, and monitor documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. -Proofread and format documents to ensure high quality.

What You Bring

-Required to go into the office 2-3 days a week -Positive team player attitude and ability to work with tight deadlines -2+ years of experience in consulting engineering, in transportation is an asset -High level of autonomy with great attention to detail and ability to take initiative and handle sensitive information -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Experience with ProjectWise, Aconex, and/or Unifier is an asset -Sense of organization and ability to prioritize tasks -College Diploma in office administration or a combination of education and industry experience -Proficiency in working Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as SharePoint and OneDrive
