Tasks
As our Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our construction activities meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with project teams to embed quality into every stage of delivery, from planning through to handover. -Supporting the creation of comprehensive Quality Dossiers and Handover Packs. -Leading the implementation of Quality Plans and audit schedules. -Acting as the primary point of contact for quality assurance on-site. -Partnering with construction, completions, and commissioning teams to plan and deliver quality reviews and sign-offs. -Supporting the development of project plans through process improvement initiatives. -Promoting awareness and understanding of quality requirements across the project. -Coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure timely and thorough quality sign-offs.

This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors. -Degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred) -Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems in multidisciplinary project settings. -Experience in construction QA/QC, ideally within EPCm contracts and pharmaceutical/process environments. -Strong auditing background, including planning, execution, and close-out. -IRCA Internal Auditor (required) -IRCA Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Yellow Belt), and construction safety training (beneficial) -Confident in facilitating lessons learned and improvement workshops.
