Manage yard/store inventory, issue stock, track supplies and ensure safety and compliance.

Tasks

-Ensure suppliers maintain compliance with delivery specifications -Ensure relationships are in place to source strategic stock at short notice -Issue all stock to Operations teams -Check quantities of unpacked supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders -Establish and continuously monitor the depot and stores location, ensuring strong housekeeping -Be responsible for storing, cataloguing and distributing supplies by arranging for collection and delivery of equipment and or packages -Check stock levels on a regular basis -Ensure there is appropriate PPE to maintain a safe working environment -Accurately capture, and record of all stock issued in sage

What You Bring

-Communication – Good verbal and written communication skills -An understanding of the materials needed to maintain operations -Telehandler license is essential -HSE - Adherence to safety policies and regulations -Computer knowledge including excel, Word, email -Sage stock management -Someone to ensure Health, Safety & compliance within the yard
