Overview

Erect, dismantle and alter scaffold safely as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• scaffold selection
• beam installation
• scaffold inspection
• tie installation

Tasks

-Select serviceable scaffold tubes, boards, and fittings, using them correctly and safely. -Select, inspect, assemble, and install prefabricated beams into and onto scaffold structures. -Inspect basic scaffolds prior to handover. -Select, space and install the correct amount of ties to restrain sheeted and un-sheeted scaffolds in unexposed areas, to current industry practices.

What You Bring

-Hold a valid CISRS Advanced Scaffold card however not essential. -Be local to site – travel/lodge considered. -Erect scaffold safely and correctly.
