Ensuring projects are meeting project goals and staying on schedule while managing company and customer expectations.
Scheduling projects including subcontractor crews, vendors, and material deliveries to job sites.
Building and maintaining relationships with both home builder customers and vendors, recruiting high performing subcontractor crews, and ensuring quality through project oversight.
Adhering to general building and safety codes and performing safety audits.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, previous experience in project and vendor management a plus.
