  • Coordinating the punch list process and participating in project completion and turnover efforts.
  • Overseeing installation projects simultaneously across the area and customers assigned to you.
  • Ensuring projects are meeting project goals and staying on schedule while managing company and customer expectations.
  • Scheduling projects including subcontractor crews, vendors, and material deliveries to job sites.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both home builder customers and vendors, recruiting high performing subcontractor crews, and ensuring quality through project oversight.
  • Adhering to general building and safety codes and performing safety audits.

  • Commitment and desire to learn including construction software and other company systems.
