Project Executive - Infrastructure

Lead P&L and daily ops of large-scale heavy civil construction projects.

Tasks

-Work collaboratively to develop and execute our strategic and business plans. -Complete oversite of all projects and business operations related to the assignment. -Collaborate with Human Resources to develop succession, recruiting, and team member development strategies. -Ensure the safe and profitable execution of our work. -This is a full time on the project role. Occasional travel outside of the region for meetings or other business-related events will be required. -Regularly monitor project specific performance data, and drive the implementation of processes to achieve health, safety, quality, and profitability objectives. -Actively coach, guide, and support our team members. -Oversite of large-scale projects and/or responsibilities in a Senior Leadership role on a Joint Venture. -Oversee the execution of project management processes and aid the team in analyzing and resolving problems that arise during construction. -Partner with the estimating team to develop strategies to win work and actively participate in all estimates’ kick off meetings and bid reviews when not assigned to a project.

-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively inside and outside the organization. -Strong business acumen with proven knowledge and experience in cost control. -Knowledge of sales/marketing processes in the construction industry. -Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. -Skilled negotiator. -Must be process driven and possess strong organizational skills. -Positive and professional image who is client focused with the ability to resolve issues. -Twenty years of relevant large scale project experience in heavy civil construction leadership roles.
