You'll work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring the reliable operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities that serve the community. -Supervise subcontractors and mentor apprentices. -Participating in planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks. -Operate under permit to work systems following strict safety protocols. -Manage spare parts inventory and maintain workshop areas. -Contributing to a safety first and continuous improvement culture. -Performing calibration of instrumentation and dosing pumps. -Ensuring optimal plant performance through fault finding and repairs.
