Provide technical support, engineering calculations, and documentation for customers and field teams.

Tasks

-Handling certification renewals (ADCE, DEWA, ADCO) and vendor list updates. -Developing technical expertise within Hilti Stores and Customer Service. -Collaborating with Marketing and Project Management to produce high-quality technical documents. -Updating datasheets, third-party test reports, and other critical documentation. -Providing real-time technical support to customers via phone. -Preparing and maintaining Technical Submittals, warranties, consultant comments, and certifications. -Managing and updating the engineering folder with approvals, specifications, and datasheets. -Supporting field teams with Bill of Quantities and Anchor/Rebar designs.

What You Bring

-Willingness to find solutions independent, but ready to follow directions in more complicated situations. -High learning agility, and willing to develop within the Engineering field -AutoCAD basic know-how -Dubai based or willing to relocate or commute from within the UAE. -Able to manage their time, able to work without tight deadlines as needed -Bachelor Degree in structural, civil or mechanical engineering -Goal achievement and solution-oriented personality -0-2 years of construction experience -UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law) -Ability to work in multicultural environment. -Efficient oral and written communicator, in English & Arabic (written and verbal)
