-Reporting regularly on progress to internal and external stakeholders -Building positive relationships with tenants and ensuring minimal disruption -Leading all aspects of site activity on housing refurbishment and retrofit projects -Upholding rigorous health, safety, and compliance standards -Managing multi-trade teams and subcontractors with clarity and fairness

Whyte’s values on site -Asbestos Awareness -First Aid Certificate -Eye for detail and commitment to quality -Strong communication and site leadership skills -SMSTS Certification
