Your work demonstrates your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Ability to speak, write and communicate in English in a professional context – other languages desirable. Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe tools, and the like. Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Axure is a plus. Automation: Programming skills for the automation of design processes (JavaScript, Python) are desirable • User-Centered Mindset: You are passionate about understanding user behavior, conducting usability testing, and designing solutions that solve real user problems.
