Administers CRM, handles document portals, supports users, reporting and stakeholder relations.

Tasks
-Maintaining personal and coworker safety. -Be key user and subject matter expert for North America Region, working with global and local teams on implementation. -Assist in forecasting aligned with growth targets and historical order data. -Encourage professional development and skills growth. -Ensure data is accurate for financial reporting. -Assist with administrative duties for office such as planning meals, travel, meeting coordination, and events. -Support Normet's HSEQ initiatives and ensure compliance in all activities. -Maintain the accuracy and security of customer data within the CRM system, a critical function for data-driven decision-making. -Provide technical assistance to users, manage user access and security roles, and train staff on how to use the CRM platform. -Maintain integrity and adheres to Normet’s code of conduct. -Integrate the information from existing tools to new CRM. -Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performance environment. -Ensure quality and accuracy of documents, formatting, proofreading -Ensuring contractor and visitor safety awareness. -Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Be the point of contact for customers to manage their portal entries and questions. -Reporting safety issues or emergencies promptly. -Engage in continuous improvement and competency development. -Maintain and pursue relevant industry certifications. -Work with various departments to understand their needs and ensure the CRM platform effectively supports their workflows and objectives. -Promote a customer-first, solution-oriented culture. -Ensure all requirements are entered or uploaded to customer portals in a timely and accurate matter ensuring all requirements are met to promote customer relationships. -Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data, sales performance, and business trends. -Adhering to safety procedures and work practices. -Stay informed about industry trends and customer-impacting issues. -Identify and resolve technical issues with the CRM system, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related problems.

What You Bring
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365). -Able to collaborate with teams to ensure deadlines are met. -An elevated level of responsiveness, organization and interpersonal skills -Reading and complying with relevant SOPs. -Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. -Experience working with CRM’s. -D365 expertise or willingness to develop. -Excellent verbal and written communication. -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Be present in local office unless agreed to with manager. -Computer acumen -Adhere to Normet Values, Policies, and Procedures. -Continuous improvement mindset. -Highly organized with strong interpersonal and financial skills. -Strong planning, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. -Must follow all Normet safety and operational protocols. -Strong accountability, urgency, and attention to detail. -Wearing required PPE. -Willingness to travel within North America if required.
