Tasks

-Reporting internally through KPI's, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers -Receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries -Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters -Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax legislation -Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information -Assist in special projects as assigned by Management -Review payroll audit reports, team members input, and payroll register to ensure accuracy -In conjunction with your line Manager, monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll provider -Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc. -Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
