Extensive experience in the commercial management of large-scale, debt-financed infrastructure projects, ideally within energy, utilities or renewables, with international exposure and a proven ability to deliver complex, high-value outcomes.
Proven expertise in contract negotiation and administration, demonstrating a calm, solutions-focused approach to managing risk, resolving challenges, and optimising commercial outcomes.
Demonstrable experience of engaging and collaborating effectively with shareholders, government, regulators and supply chain partners, building trusted relationships that enable consensus and project success.
Exceptional commercial and financial insight, with deep understanding of CAPEX/OPEX modelling, project financing, and revenue mechanisms such as CfDs, CPPAs and cap & floor arrangements.
Strong leadership capability, inspiring and developing multidisciplinary teams within complex or matrix environments, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
