Tasks

-Data Transformation: Process raw, unstructured data from multiple sources, converting it into accessible and visually appealing reports, dashboards and summaries for non-technical stakeholders. -Directly supervise one team member, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. -Tool Development: Create custom, dynamic tools to enhance data efficiency across departments using Excel and or other software. -Data Aggregation: Build custom business logic to aggregate data at scale accurately. -Dashboard Design: Develop and implement KPI dashboards using Excel or data visualization software. -Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement in data processes. -Trend Analysis: Analyze and identify the root causes of high-level trends at the most granular level to uncover actionable business insights. -Ad-Hoc Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc reports accurately and efficiently, leveraging Excel expertise and domain knowledge.

Data Integration and Management (Preferred) Data Visualization -Knowledge of array formulas and dynamic arrays (e.g., UNIQUE, FILTER, SORT). -Familiarity with conditional formatting for highlighting trends and anomalies in data. -Expertise in building dynamic and interactive charts (e.g., combination charts, sparklines). -Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. -Experience with data validation for creating drop-down lists and ensuring data integrity. -Skilled in leveraging nested IF statements, conditional logic, and error-handling functions (e.g., IFERROR). -Expertise in using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and XLOOKUP. -Skilled in Excel VBA/Macros for automating repetitive tasks and creating custom tools. -Proficiency in using Power Query for transforming and merging data from multiple sources. -Experienced in using Excel's What-If Analysis tools (e.g., Goal Seek, Data Tables, Scenario Manager). -Proficient in creating and managing pivot tables for dynamic data analysis. -Advanced Data Handling and Analysis -Skilled in handling large datasets without performance degradation by using techniques like efficient formulas, filtering, and workbook optimization. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. -Knowledge of Power Pivot for managing and analyzing large datasets efficiently. -Attention to Detail: Strong data management skills with meticulous attention to detail. -Automation and Efficiency (Preferred) -Ability to link and manage data across multiple workbooks and external data sources. -Competent in designing custom dashboards using charts, slicers, and interactive elements. -Proficiency in data cleansing techniques, including removing duplicates, text-to-columns, and using formulas like TRIM and SUBSTITUTE. -Experience in importing/exporting data to/from databases or other software via Excel. -Communication: Ability to translate technical data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical audiences. -Data Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and organize large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy. -Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
