Tasks

As a Senior Project Manager / Project Management Director, you’ll provide leadership and strategic oversight for multiple projects and project teams. You’ll act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll also mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns—helping them grow and succeed while maintaining DCS’s high standards of quality and integrity. -Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success -Identify team strengths and areas for improvement, fostering growth and collaboration -Review and guide project management processes, including budgets, cost reports, and billing -Lead multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout -Oversee project schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards -Ensure adherence to contract requirements and project specifications -Provide structured training and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns

All applicants are subject to E-Verify, background checks, and drug screenings. -Minimum 10 years of heavy civil project management experience with a general contractor -Strong knowledge of project delivery methods: Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR, JOC -Familiarity with MAG, ADOT, MCDOT, and municipal standards -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience -Proficiency in CPM scheduling and construction software (HCSS, Hard Dollar, Agtek, etc.) -Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor teams -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
