Tasks

As the HR lead on site, you'll partner with managers and employees across all levels of the business, providing expert guidance and practical support across the full HR lifecycle. You'll have the autonomy to influence, improve, and embed best practice HR processes, ensuring the people strategy aligns with operational goals. -Leading employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. -Managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. -Acting as a trusted partner to leadership on all HR matters. -Supporting training, development, and succession planning. -Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practice. -CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above). -Proven HR generalist experience (ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or fast-paced industry). -Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
