Tasks

-Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities and milestones. -Development maintenance and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s). -Develop and maintain submittal log and material expediting log with project management team. -Develop and maintain purchasing schedule with estimating team. -Lead risk meetings with clients to identify and evaluate risks and impacts within project schedules. -Perform progress schedule updates to include field verification, comprehensive reporting and narratives. -Development of an integrated master schedule from at concept level to construction documents. -Prepare time impact analyses for impacts during the lifecycle of a project -Participate and lead meetings with project teams, clients, owners and various stakeholders related to the project controls of a particular project. -Development and implementation of Last Planner methodology.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6. -Good understanding best construction practices -Good understanding of Regulatory requirements. -Proficiency reading construction drawings or utilizing 3D construction models. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, focused on planning, high-rises, apartment buildings, data centers, etc -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field a plus -Experience developing construction project schedules. -Proficiency with document control software such as CMIC, Procore, Plangrid, etc. -PMI-SP certification preferred (PMI) -PSP certification preferred (AACEI)
