Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

• Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
• Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
• Reproduce customer environment and run tests

4. Localized Operational Capability

• Proven experience in team management, talent development, and performance enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy & Power Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, to coordinate with headquarters and local customers.
• Willingness to be based in India long-term, with occasional travel to Shenzhen as required.
• Minimum 2 years of after-sales management experience in the solar or inverter industry.
• Demonstrated experience in building localized service systems from scratch (0 to 1).
• Ability to coordinate resources between headquarters and local operations and effectively drive strategy execution.
• Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
• 2+ years' of technical support experience
• Familiarity with India’s service market, customer behavior, and business ecosystem.
