Chief Engineer

Manage and ensure reliability of facility systems, maintenance, and contractor compliance.

Tasks

-Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed -Support continuous development to maintain smooth operations -Implement improvement plans based on daily operations -Preparation of BOQ through team -Perform manual repairs through team, as necessary -Update and share daily reports with management -Prepare work progress and incident reports for the Client -Coordinate with vendors for R&M activities -Prepare and submit SLAs and Monthly Management Reports (MMR) on time -Assist in the setup and maintenance of M&E systems -Assist in audit preparation -Conduct training sessions for team -Ensure quality work delivery from external contractors -Ensure proper incident reporting and CAPA implementation -Monitor the inhouse technician activity, with Quality of PPM at client site. -Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality -Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance as per the 52-week calendar/ Corrigo -Ensure for monitoring of Technical activities and maintain system integrity -Prepare and manage maintenance schedules for electrical systems -Ensure for all technical inputs to JLL & Client leadership -Prepare quotations and proposals as needed

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Familiarity with building management systems and energy conservation techniques -10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in critical environments, with multiple client handling ability -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) -Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, FAPA and plumbing -Flexibility to handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
