Tasks

-Define and track KPIs to measure project and program success. -Lead change management efforts to ensure user adoption and minimize disruption. -Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and risk. -Conduct regular reviews and post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned. -Facilitate regular communication and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment. -Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives. -Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business units, and implementation partners. -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and cross-functional team members. -Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control. -Establish and maintain ERP program governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting structures, and decision-making protocols. -Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. -Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support. -Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consulting partners to ensure delivery quality and contractual compliance.

What You Bring

-Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional teams (100+ resources). -Ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing tactical execution. -10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in ERP leadership roles. -PgMP (Program Management Professional) -Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners. -Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing), and integration points. -Oracle Cloud ERP certification. -Certifications (Preferred but not required) -Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels. -Proven track record of leading global ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. -Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management. -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Project Insight, Microsoft Project, Jira). -PMP (Project Management Professional) -Prosci or other Change Management certification -Technical and Functional Skills -Professional Experience -Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
