  • Maintain daily or weekly reports as needed (material lists, delivery tracking, progress updates).
  • Verify measurements, elevations, and layout against plans prior to installation.
  • Order and track materials to keep crews supplied and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and Foreman on manpower, sequencing, and upcoming needs.
  • Review plumbing drawings, specifications, and submittals for upcoming work.
  • Ensure installations comply with code, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
  • Communicate clearly with field teams, general contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide hands-on field direction, training, and support for mechanics and apprentices.
  • Drive Production for Plumbing Department.

  • Enjoys a balance of field work and planning/coordination duties.
  • Natural teacher and mentor- comfortable guiding less experienced field staff.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills- able to manage multiple crews and priorities.
  • Basic computer or tablet skills (email, drawings, order forms).
  • Familiarity with jobsite safety and trade coordination procedures.
  • Steady, reliable, and takes ownership of the job.
  • Minimum 20+ years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and coordination drawings.
  • Knowledge of Procore is helpful, but not required.
  • Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture on project flow.
  • Master Plumbing License preferred.
