Tasks

-Assist with schedule updates, submittals, RFIs, and documentation -Participate in safety walk-throughs and uphold OHLA protocols -Inspect materials, manage deliveries, and ensure quality/compliance -Support daily field operations on vertical building projects (e.g., healthcare, education, residential facilities) -Support historical cost tracking, bid summaries, and DOT/platform submissions -Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, manage deliveries, and oversee quality/compliance -Update schedules, RFIs, cost tracking, and documentation -Participate in safety protocols relevant to building construction environments -Assist with bid prep, take-offs, and cost analysis across civil and building scopes -Review drawings/specifications and organize vendor quotes -Safety and Standards First. Take an active role in safety culture, FDOT standards, and quality controls. -Support daily site operations alongside Project Managers, Supers, and Engineers -Real Projects. Real Impact.
