What You Bring

Work Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday on rent days.Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pmRequired License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable. Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong bookkeeping and organization skills -Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs -Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week, as needed to post rent -At least three years of experience on an apartment community with two years as Assistant Community Manager
