Tasks

-Perform standard apartment maintenance repair which could include painting and appliance repair. -Control expenses to meet budgeted guidelines -Follow all safety and liability guidelines as outlined -Participate in all resident promotions and/or functions as required by the property manager -Oversee contractors and vendors who may perform work at the property. -Maintenance team members are required to be “on call” -Provide excellent customer service at all times -Troubleshoot and perform in maintenance and repairs related to plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and carpentry.

What You Bring

-Two years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in the multi-family industry required -HVAC Certification preferred -Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision -Bilingual Preferred -Must possess adequate working knowledge of a property’s significant maintenance needs such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc. -Valid Driver's License and good driving record required -Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public -Ability to communicate effectively -CPO certification required
