Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections for apartments and common areas.

Tasks

-Performing preventative maintenance tasks -Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks -Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal -Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas -Adhering to established policies related to fair housing -Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments -Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts -Conducting move in/move out inspections -Ensuring service shop is clean and organized -Completing resident service requests in a timely manner

What You Bring

-Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call. -The ability to lift 50 pounds -A valid driver’s license -A high school diploma or GED -1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience
