Tasks

-Prioritizing and communicating customer requirements to logistics teams for physical processing and final shipment details. -Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs. -Identifying ways to simplify and improve processes as a part of a continuous improvement culture. -Collaborating between multiple teams including purchasing, production, warehouse and logistics to establish the optimal timing for supply commitments -Analyzing incoming demand, identifies order exceptions, and support customers on supply plant realignment and delivery commitments. -Organizing reports to provide regions updates on performance and opportunities for improvement. -Performing various shipping management analysis to prevent or reduce delays on material availability dates, aged shipment status or past due deliveries.

What You Bring

-Have basic understanding of excel macros, template utilization and VLOOKUP. -Have demonstrated working knowledge of SAP and Order Management functionality -Have experience in inventory or order management, customer service, shipping, or logistics. -Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years’ experience). -Desired to have APICS Certification -Have strong oral and written communication skills. -Desired to have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. -Be fluent in English -Have the ability to prioritize and then manage multiple requests at once with a CAN-DO approach.
