The Role

Overview

Drive L&D strategy via assessments, analytics, and development programs.

Tasks

-Develop and track KPIs that measure the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives. -Contribute to feedback delivery and functional review sessions. -Analyse and translate psychometric outcomes into actionable talent insights. -Educate and support employees and managers throughout the assessment process. -Utilise data to streamline processes, identify capability trends, and drive strategic workforce planning. -Design and maintain competency models with clearly defined behavioural indicators. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align development plans with individual and organisational needs. -Choose and implement best-in-class assessment tools to evaluate employee potential. -Monitor progress and generate insights to continuously improve programs. -Manage Talent Analytics & Dashboards. -Build intuitive dashboards that inform critical talent decisions, such as promotion readiness and succession planning. -Use assessment outcomes and employee profiles to recommend targeted learning and development actions.

What You Bring

-Previous L&D experience and the ability to balance many competing demands. -Ability to prioritise, plan and organise L&D initiatives. -Good presentation skills, plus a confident written and verbal communicator. -Good understanding of assessment tools to evaluate employee potential. -Strong work ethic and a propensity for self-improvement. -3-5 Years Coaching Experience. -Experience with Learning Management System and other L&D software/tools.
