Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, tax filings, deductions and employee payroll inquiries.

Tasks

-Process TIA and STI -Process ex patriot taxes -Prints, sorts and mails payroll checks and direct deposit advices. -Balance, process and mail W-2 forms. -Maintains positive pay system on BOA website. -Calculates and prepares off cycle checks. -Completes employment verifications. -Maintains spreadsheets of quarterly and annual tax data for required reporting. -Process monthly SERP -Date entry and inquiry. -Completes maintenance for employee ID’s in the Volts timekeeping system. -Balance bi-weekly payroll reports including earnings, deductions and taxes. -Verifies transfers and terminations in Peoplesoft. -Liaison with Officers and Sr. Managers about Payroll Questions (1 Person). -Ensures confidentiality of all information. -Complies with all policies and standards -Reconciles deduction and withholding accounts. -Calculate and remit Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly taxes. -Balance and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly tax returns. -Maintains records and controls for certain deduction and other information as assigned or required. -Prepares Journal Entries for bi-weekly payroll and off cycle payrolls. -Verifies all required payroll information for new employees in the system. -Performs various payroll calculations and correction of errors.

What You Bring

-7+ years of payroll experience. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other software packages. -Able to organize statistical information and apply bookkeeping principles. -The ability to comprehend and apply computer-generated payroll techniques. -Successfully able to multitask. -Processes and close out time in Volts. -Requires a sound knowledge of established payroll procedures and Company policy as it relates to payroll matters.
