Tasks

-Plan, coordinate, and manage projects as assigned, ensuring they are executed to meet committed targets within budget. -Mentor and provide technical training and support as required. -Support manufacturing to address technical and process related problems, including a root cause analysis. Participate as a liaison between plants and external support providers to identify and resolve equipment and process issues with sustainable long-term solutions. -Facilitate technology advancements that include new product and/or technology introduction. Develop and initiate sustainable preventative maintenance measures as needed. -Facilitate a culture of "Lean Thinking" to include process standardization, setup reduction, and flow layout that results in lower operating cost.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of NFPA70e and electrical distribution systems 600 VAC or less. -Minimum 3 years electrical controls-based machine design/modification experience with multiple technology platforms. -4 Year Bachelor’s degree, Electrical, Controls or Industrial Engineering or related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. -Excellent communication skills. -Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical documentation for advanced electrical controls. -Project management experience in planning, coordinating, execution and follow-up is critical to position success.
