Tasks

-Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and company standards to mitigate -Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain, and regional teams) to -Implement standardization and volume bundling strategies to maximize purchasing effectiveness. -Create Value for the Customer: Deliver innovative, reliable solutions. -Evaluate and optimize sourcing strategies for subcontracting, materials, and services to drive efficiency -Support data collection, consolidation, and reporting to drive procurement decision-making and -Manage supplier segmentation and spend profiling to optimize procurement efficiency and supplier -Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for subcontracting, materials, and services to align with business objectives and cost-saving goals. -Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards for all. -Drive category strategy by identifying key vendors, assessing market trends, and implementing supplier -Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing, quality, and service -Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities, potential cost savings, and risk mitigation -Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance, developing strong vendor relationships to ensure -Establish long-term subcontractor and supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment with company financial -Manage contract variations and approvals (e.g., variation orders), ensuring alignment with financial -Integrity and Trust: Foster honest, ethical relationships. -Organize training initiatives to strengthen procurement expertise within the organization and improve
