Tasks
-Become an active member within a team of Entry Level Talent (Apprentices/Interns/Graduates) to participate in wider business projects through our culture hub. The scope of these projects will provide you with valuable team working experiences and opportunities to enhance presentation skills. -Build your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma basics training and owning/implementing continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaborate with a variety of partners in multiple functions and locations of the business in the delivery of internal and external data projects.

What You Bring
-You enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking responsibility for live tasks and projects you’ve been assigned either individually or as part of a physical or virtual team. -You enjoy exploring the process and practice of coding in any of the mainstream formats -You have a willingness to embrace continuous improvement with the ability to generate creative solutions to problems -You will be working towards a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or something relatable and have a passion for the development of digital assets to capture, report and interpret big business data -You are comfortable with change and able to react to unexpected challenges with enthusiasm both as part of a team and whilst leading others
