Tasks

-Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms -Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors -Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion -Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams -Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract

What You Bring

-Strong administration duties -Excel and Microsoft experience -Microsoft Office IT Skills -Working with multiple stakeholders/reporting lines will be highly desirable -Strong attention to detail -Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses -Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable -Strong administrative skills/ experience -Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA’s and KPI’s
