Tasks

-Supporting internship and campus recruiting programs, including events, career fairs, and engagement activities. -Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to enhance efficiency and ensure a smooth hiring process. -Partnering on employer branding projects, such as social media campaigns, job postings, and recruiting collateral. -Assisting with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Handshake, and other recruiting platforms. -Screening resumes and supporting candidate pipeline management. -Gathering and analyzing recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements. -Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple teams and functions.

-Preference will be given to undergraduate or graduate students who are in their final year of full-time study. -The ability to collaborate well with a small team, keen organizational skills when working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation are vital to this role. -We’re interested in highly analytical, accomplished students. Intellectually curious individuals with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities, analytical acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset will excel in this role. -A proven record of academic and/or professional achievement is required. -Demonstrated interest in and experience with the renewable energy sector is required.

-The pay for undergraduates participating in this internship is $5,000 monthly with a $5,000 housing stipend. MBA interns are paid $8,000 monthly with a $5,000 housing stipend.
