Tasks

-Preparing client applications and manging cash flow into the business. -Managing sub-contractors – Procurement, setting up subcontracts and valuing changes. -Monthly Internal and external forecasting. -Assist with pricing new work orders etc. -CVR – Monthly reporting on cost and value. -Administering compensation events.

What You Bring

-Proficient Excel user -Knowledge of NEC contracts – Preferred -Sufficient experience in sub-contractor management and working as part of a commercial team (Pre and Post award) -Previous experience working in construction or similar sectors -Previous CEMAR/SAP user - Preferred
