The Role

Overview

Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with production, ensure timely delivery.

Tasks

-Packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit. -Coordinates paperwork and documentation necessary for outgoing and incoming shipments. -Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison with Customer Service, Sales and Manufacturing departments. -Checking the details of orders, including the quantity and type of goods. -Resolves delivery problems. -Loads and unloads carriers. -Receives orders and assigns shipments to appropriate carriers.

What You Bring

-Good verbal and written communication skills. -Strong organizational skills. -Proficiency and experience working computerized systems. -Two to five years of experience in shipping warehouse environment. -High School diploma or equivalent required. -Ability to lift items. -Forklift trained and certified.
