Tasks

-Perform site inspections, monitor compliance, and evaluate hazard controls. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project leadership. -Develop and implement Safety & Health plans, training, and procedures. -Support execution of the Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program. -Assist with incident investigations, emergency response, and regulatory research. -Conduct risk assessments and contribute to safety planning across project teams.

What You Bring

-Experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects preferred. -5–8 years of relevant safety experience (or 9–12 years without a degree). -Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems. -Bilingual in Spanish and English required. -Strong knowledge of OSHA, permitting processes, and construction safety practices.
