What You Bring

-Financial Management including invoice preparation and accounts receivable. -Valid driver’s license. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs. -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. -Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations. -Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. -PE required. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. -Land Development Design, Stormwater Management, Water and Sanitary Sewer, and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Design. -Familiarity with the use and capability of AutoCAD/ Civil 3D. -Experience in Residential, Commercial, & Industrial. -Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. -Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment. -Construction oversight experience a plus. -8+ years of Land Development Design.
