Tasks

Please note that these roles require extensive in-state travel. -Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. -Ability to travel extensively within the state as required by the project location. -Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. -Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in substation or utility construction. -Strong knowledge of substation construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
