Perform carpet/floor cleaning and restoration services while handling customer communication and documentation.

Tasks

-Perform basic equipment maintenance. -Inspect completed work. -Perform basic vehicle maintenance. -Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles. -Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations. -Complete Work Orders. -Maintain inventory of related supplies. -Complete the technician’s daily log. -Communicate effectively with customers.

What You Bring

-Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry. -Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) -Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED). -Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) -Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards. -Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS) -Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units. -Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required -Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. -Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) -1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
