Tasks
-Manage accounts receivable activities including debtor follow-ups -Act as a single point of contact for administrative support within the Oxford office -Support timesheet compliance and ensure pipeline data accuracy with Bid and Project Managers -Collaborate with project teams to issue timely and accurate client invoices -Organize and manage documentation, scheduling, and internal reporting requirements -Maintain and update project data in Monday.com and Atvero in coordination with Project Managers -Assist in implementing and maintaining administrative best practices across projects -Oversee the accuracy of supplier information to ensure accuracy and compliance (eg. PI Certs, Insurance certs, contact details) -Coordinate general office tasks such as supplier liaison and facility management

What You Bring
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities -Improved workflow efficiency and operational structure -Experience in a professional services or technical environment -Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel etc.) -Familiarity with financial processes such as invoicing and debt management -Positive and Proactive approach to work -Experience in administrative or operational support roles -Strong work ethic and highly motivated in a busy environment -Previous use of document and project management systems like Atvero
