Business Planning Manager

Description

The Business Planning Manager role is to identify and address critical business issues, and to develop / implement corporate policies by analyzing enterprise-wide financial and management information. This position specifically requires an individual capable of assisting the CFO in identifying business issues, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for communication with leaders and management.

• Develop and create standardized templates for various report types, and be responsible for training team members on the reporting skills
• Support the development of company policies and guidelines
• Prepare reports based on business performance and forecast analysis data
• Proactively organize storylines and prepare reports for other emerging issues
• Assess and report on weekly/monthly operations related to CFO office

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge on MS Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel) is required
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
• Basic knowledge of management accounting and financial accounting is required
• Proficient bilingual skills in Korean and English
• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, business management, finance or related field is preferred
• The ability to multitask is essential
• 8+ years experience in Business Planning/Consulting or a related field is required
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to make report materials for business leaders and Executives.
