Tasks

Design with purpose: Create, refresh, and transform workplaces that balance function, beauty, and innovation from concept to completion. You’re not just a designer; you’re a creative strategist and trusted advisor, leading projects from the first sketch to the final build. Working closely with our Business Development and Construction teams, you’ll bring ideas to life and show clients the true value of great design. -Build lasting relationships: Partner with clients to understand their culture and needs, delivering designs that exceed expectations. -Deliver with excellence: Oversee detailed construction documentation, maintain design standards, and ensure compliance with local codes. -Lead and mentor: Guide project teams and nurture the next generation of designers, ensuring exceptional design quality. -Collaborate and connect: Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and Construction to deliver seamless project experiences. -Drive innovation: Contribute to our evolving design approach and help shape the creative DNA of Unispace.

What You Bring

-A collaborative communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary environments. -A creative leader with 15+ years’ experience in interior design, especially across corporate interiors (law, finance, entertainment, marketing, etc.). -Organized and proactive, you balance big-picture thinking with on-time, on-budget delivery. -Fluent in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong technical and detailing expertise. -Confident in client-facing roles, from pitching concepts to building long-term partnerships.
